Payment and Refunds
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for immediate processing of your order. We accepts e-checks, e-mail money transfers and even money orders by snail mail. Orders will be processed when payment is completed.
Credit card payments are processed in real time through our Paypal Account. You do not need a PayPal account of your own
PayPal fees for processing your payment through PayPal are charged to The Fairy Garden. Credit card fees, if any, are charged to the user.
You are eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection when you pay by credit card or from your PayPal Account.
Your credit card details are not captured or seen by The Fairy Garden when you pay through our PayPal account.
Refunds are also processed through our PayPal account. PayPal fees are paid by The Fairy Garden. Fees charged by your credit card company, if any, are charged to the user.
You will receive email notification if a refund is applied. in some cases you may need to open the email and accept the refund for it to process.
Refunds may be issued at time of processing your in the rare case when an item ordered is not in stock.
Refunds for damaged or missing items on your order will be processed according to our refund policy. Contact The Fairy Garden as soon as possible if you receive a damaged product or if there is an item missing form your order.

Refund Policy for Missing or Damaged Product
We do our best to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition.
If you receive a package that has signs of being improperly handled by delivery service we will assist you in processing a claim for damages with the carrier. We use Canada Post for delivery and all orders are automatically insured up to 100.00 by Canada Post.
If you receive a package that appears to be in good shape, but find you have a damaged product inside contact The Fairy Garden as soon as possible to let us know.
In most cases a refund will be issued as soon as we are aware of the problem. You will be refunded the value of the product plus the taxes charged on the item. In some cases we may ask for a picture of the damaged item before issuing a refund.
By request you can choose to take store credit at 1.5 times the value of the product towards a future purchase. In this case credit is not issued for the tax on the item. Store credit is given by emailing you a CODE to apply the credit when you check out next time. The code is good for 90 days. By accepting the code you are agreeing that a cash refund is no longer available and that after 90 days no other refund option is available.
If there is an item missing from your order contact The Fairy Garden as soon as possible. In most cases a cash refund will be issued right away. Packing reports and stock records may need to be consulted in some cases before the refund is issued. This will not take more than 3 business days
In most cases the item is missing becasue the item was not in stock and the appropriate refund was not issued at the time of processing your order. . We cannot ship the missing item separately.
Occasionally a product you order may be out of stock due to inventory error. We may contact you to ask if you would like to choose and alternate item or have the item refunded and the rest of the order sent. In some cases (at very busy seasonal times) we may issue a refund for the product without contacting you. The refund will have a note regarding why you have been issued a refund.
